Maintain a large, changing dataset and make it efficient to use across multiple platforms.
My contribution
I designed the finalized parcel-data model and built the ingestion, reconciliation and replicated PostgreSQL systems that keep it up to date.

Find a parcel. Query its comparables.
Two distinct systems behind one compact interface.
The challenge
Help users locate a property, then retrieve its parcel data and relevant comparable properties using geolocation and data-driven filters.
My contribution
I built property autocomplete and engineered the underlying data retrieval, optimizing queries and indexes for geographic and attribute-based filtering.
The result
Parcel details and comparable properties brought together in one compact interface for analysis.

Connect the entire broker loan workflow.
A .NET 8 system spanning 300+ endpoints and 71 entities.
The challenge
Bring origination, rate pricing and loan management into one continuous workflow, from lead to funded.
My contribution
I architected and built the complete loan-origination system: creating and editing loans, generating mortgage rates through my pricing engine, and connecting the workflow with tenant isolation and data protection built in.
The result
Delivered to production: one connected platform for managing broker loans from lead to funded.

I built a pricing engine offering competitive rates utilizing 20+ investor products, and the parcel-data foundation used across our platforms. I also established shared authentication, UI, and application libraries.
